1)Write the letters of English alphabets , which letters have 2 lines of symmetry ,No lines of symmetry  and 1 line of symmetry.

2)Write the letters of the word “MATHEMATICS”,”SYMMETRY”,”ENGLISH”,”IMAGE”,”REFLECTION “ and write the number of lines of symmetry in each letter.

3)Draw a line segment of length 5.5 cm and draw its perpendicular bisector using ruler & compass.

4)Draw an angle of 65⁰ and draw an angle equal to this angle using ruler & compass

5)Draw an angle of 80⁰ using protector and divide it into 4 equal parts using ruler & compass.

6)Draw an angle of 145⁰ with protector and also draw its bisector.

7)Draw the lines of symmetry of the following

i) Kite  ii) Parallelogram iii) Rectangle  iv) Square 

v) Regular octagon  vi) Equilateral triangle  vii) set square ( 30-60-90) viii) Rhombus  ix) isosceles triangle x) Scalene triangle xi) Scalene triangle   xii) A circle

8.Draw a circle of radius 5 cm using ruler & compass. Draw one of its diameter .Draw the perpendicular bisector of this diameter .Does this perpendicular bisector contain another diameter of the circle.

9.Write all capital letters of the English alphabets having both Horizontal & vertical lines of symmetry .
